I do want to do more in the future, so it'll be nice to try and get people into my work here again. Especially if you guys just aren't into fish biology jokes, lol.

I've been doing a lot more animation livestreams on Youtube lately. Kind of the Vtuber stuff, but with Rob characters. It's a medium that's way too saturated with lazy anime girl designs. Doing animated improv is fun.

Yeah, I'm starting a second Youtube Channel that focuses more on the animator behind the animations, me! Trying out the storytime format full-time this time around. I experimented with it last year, but I decided I want to do it more consistently from now on.

Good news for NG, though: I'm going to try posting them more regularly here! That'll be fun. I'm hoping to go over topics from my animation career here (if you can call it that, I'm forgettable), my family life, my pets, and whatever life topics I deem interesting enough to share. With plenty of visual jokes thrown in.

I doubt you guys would be into me releasing new cartoons every damn week on here. That and I'm not really a fan of setting up cartoons on here just for them to be largely ignored, you know? It's a time-sink. I try once in awhile, but I can only fail to capture your attention so many times before I burn out on it and go back to focusing on the Youtube page. Hello everyone! It's been awhile. Haven't posted, well, anything here due to, you know, being a forgotten relic. Everyone's always surprised by my being around still. Trying to carve out an existence on Youtube, but of course, nothing goes without struggle.

Anywho, I come with some potentially good news! My character, Hue Manatee, might be getting a plush soon! It'll be releasing on September 15th if I can get enough people interested. For those wondering what I've been up to, well, I've been working hard at making weekly content on Youtube. Well, daily actually, if shorts are considered. It's been going... okay. Bloop's doing alright, but the kids I'm making content for refuse to donate so I'm financially in a hell of a pickle. We all are I guess. I'm just feeling it more because I was hoping to have it financially figured out by now, but every plan I have to try and branch out into other topics face plants hard. It sucks. Wish it was possible to somehow monetize here on Newgrounds, but you guys tend to snooze on my content too, so what else can I do? Just blindly release and hope for the best? That's all I ever do. I'm not a business-savvy guy. I'm an animator.

Oh well. If you care, check it out. I appreciate it. Otherwise, I'm still around. Mostly on Youtube, but who knows. Maybe I'll post more of my failures over here to generate interest. I'd LOVE to make parodies and have an audience be into it. But that seems like a far-fetched goal at this point.

Hey guys, it's been a minute! Things are finally going well over on the Youtube page, so I've been plugging away over there. If you aren't aware of what I've been doing, I urge you to check it out. I've been producing daily content, either in the form of a daily short or a weekly collection of shorts and even a full cartoon today that I pumped out in 2 days time. I'd appreciate it immensely if you did!

This week I'm producing a series of halloween sketches which I have decided to post on here as well. A majority of my work will exist solely on Youtube for the foreseeable future, both for monetary reasons and for development time. Takes a lot out of me to release things in multiple places and there's honestly no benefit in doing so, especially since much of my content is ignored here these days. But these halloween cartoons are long enough to justify releasing here, plus I know Dinosaur Rob got a little attention here so why not? Next Halloween skit will involve Hue Manatee and be released on Friday.

Oh, and yeah, Hue Manatee's become a regular character. Him and Goblin Shark both. So that's all the more reason to pop in over there and show some support. I'm also finally monetized over there, so memberships are now a possibility if you wish to show your support that way.

Also, I'm working right now on daily short clips to try and boost viewership over on my youtube page. I'm about a week and a half into it so far and it's been a hell of a challenge, but pretty rewarding so far. Doing a series on that silly Bloop creature, the big fish that eats everything. There are other unique clips, some of which only exist in Shorts form. I may post some of them here later, but I'd follow the Youtube channel if you want them as soon as they're available. Hey Newgrounds! Been a minute since I last posted here. I've been trying to figure out how to spread my work better, creating things people actually want to watch. I've been struggling with that since the world's decided to just collectively ignore me. Seemingly!

Anyway, what fans I got left in my discord and over on Youtube have been asking for me to try making some Storytime animations. You know, those talking head things where the person just rambles about some story from their life with lazy visuals in place. I'm not much for gossip, but hell, I'll try it anyway. Why not? I actually made a parody of the style a few weeks ago over on youtube. You can watch it here (youtube). It's short and simple, but shows exactly how I plan to create this style of animation.

The storytime I just wrote and recorded audio for is actually about a Newgrounds classic animation I made, Half Beard. Yep, that one. If you don't remember it... well, sorry? In any case, there's some trivia about it that I thought made for an interesting story, so I'm telling it. I've been posting less and less to Newgrounds in an effort to keep my releases here relevant to the audience (I don't think you guys take kindly to the super short trendy animations I've tried recently), but I think this one is perfect for you guys due to its link to Half Beard. It'll be all completely original content, not some HD Re-release like I've been doing over the past few years. So hopefully you guys can look forward to that.

I've been doing a weekly live stream on my Youtube channel called Bobert-Rob Remix. It's a half-hour live stream of randomized clips from any and all of my cartoons over the years. Basically, everything I can chop up is semi-randomly shuffled around so it creates a new ridiculous narrative and new thematic jokes. I also throw some unique clips and things I've made that nobody's ever seen, and some previews of animations I'm working on currently. I also like to dub my voice in live at random and host a live Q&A at the end with people who stick around. Happens every Wednesday evening, 6:30 PM CST. If you're interested, I encourage you to go there and check it out. Again, trying to get people into what I do, and what better way than to watch a half hour consisting of a blend of all 15 years of my animations mixed to perfection?
